Here's alittle bit more about Us (Tim)

In 2008 we opened Bucasia Meats, It was a butcher shop and we also made small goods Ham, Bacon, Beer Sticks and Jerky.

In 2012 we opened a second shop King of Meats what again was all of the above but this time included our South African Range of products. Our range included a full grocery range, our dried meats, Biltong, Drywors, Chilli Bites and Wagon Wheels.

Come 2015 I decided to sell King of Meats to spend 100% OF my time on the dried meat snacks.

And now come 2018 I bring to you Tim's Biltong and Beef Jerky available to buy online!
